Vanderbijlpark Library Rooms
- Only book rooms designated for your year group. For example, undergraduate students may not book rooms reserved for postgraduate students, and vice versa. If you book a room outside your category, you will not be given access and will be asked to vacate the room. Repeat violations will result in your account being blocked.
- Rooms are for academic group discussions only — not for political, union, religious meetings, or scheduled lectures.
- Ask for keys, aircon remotes, VGA cables, and stationery at the closest service desk.
- Library staff may request to see your email booking confirmation as proof of your reservation.
- Use our ticket system if you have any questions regarding this service.

- These rooms are to be used for group discussions by NWU Honours students and staff only.
- You may only book 2 hours per day in this category and only one booking per group per day is allowed.
- The room may only be used for academic purposes. It may NOT be used for political meetings, trade union meetings, church gatherings, or scheduled lectures.
- Staff can ask for your email notification to confirm the booking.
- The staff can cancel your slot if keys are not collected 15 minutes after the booking time has started. The room can then be reserved for another user on demand.
