Vanderbijlpark Library Rooms

• Only book rooms designated for your year group. For example, undergraduate students are not permitted to book rooms reserved for postgraduate students, and vice versa. If you book a room outside your assigned category, you will not be granted access and will be required to vacate the room. Repeat violations will result in your account being blocked.
• Rooms are for academic purposes only — not for political, union, religious meetings, or scheduled lectures/exams.
• Ask for keys, aircon remotes, VGA cables, and stationery at the closest service desk.
• Library staff may request to see your email booking confirmation as proof of your reservation.
• Use our ticket system if you have any questions regarding this service.

Master's, PhD and Academic Staff Seminar Room

• Registered NWU Master’s, PhD students and academic staff may book and use the room for group discussions.
• You may book 2 hours per day. Only one booking per group per day is allowed.
• NOTE: Please arrange with Maropene Ramabina (+27 (0)16 910 3042) or Dannyboy Moloto (+27 (0)16 910 3172) to activate your student card to open the room. If you need to use the Library laptop, please book it by calling Maropene or Dannyboy. The keys to the projector cabinet may also be obtained from them.
