Potchefstroom Library Rooms
- Only book rooms designated for your year group. For example, undergraduate students may not book rooms reserved for postgraduate students, and vice versa. If you book a room outside your category, you will not be given access and will be asked to vacate the room. Repeat violations will result in your account being blocked.
- Rooms are for academic group discussions only — not for political, union, religious meetings, or scheduled lectures.
- Ask for keys, aircon remotes, VGA cables, and stationery at the closest service desk.
- Library staff may request to see your email booking confirmation as proof of your reservation.
- Use our ticket system if you have any questions regarding this service.

- Tarentaal may be booked for hands-on training by NWU staff only.
- You may only book 3 hours per day in this category.
- This facility CANNOT accommodate hybrid sessions.
- Please familiarize yourself with the hardware and software available in Tarentaal to determine whether they suit your needs before you book the room.
- Bookings will be mediated, and a confirmation notice will be sent to the person booking the room. Allow three working days for the staff member to oversee the mediation.
