Potchefstroom: Education Library Rooms

• Only book rooms designated for your year group. For example, undergraduate students are not permitted to book rooms reserved for postgraduate students, and vice versa. If you book a room outside your assigned category, you will not be granted access and will be required to vacate the room. Repeat violations will result in your account being blocked.
• Rooms are for academic purposes only — not for political, union, religious meetings, or scheduled lectures/exams.
• Ask for keys, aircon remotes, VGA cables, and stationery at the closest service desk.
• Library staff may request to see your email booking confirmation as proof of your reservation.
• Use our ticket system if you have any questions regarding this service.

Seminar Rooms

• Registered NWU undergraduate and postgraduate students may book and use these rooms for group discussions.
• You may book 3 hours per week. Only one booking per group per day is allowed.
