Potchefstroom Library Rooms

• Only book rooms designated for your year group. For example, undergraduate students may not book rooms reserved for postgraduate students, and vice versa. If you book a room outside your category, you will not be given access and will be asked to vacate the room. Repeat violations will result in your account being blocked.
• Rooms are for academic purposes only — not for political, union, religious meetings, or scheduled lectures.
• Ask for keys, aircon remotes, VGA cables, and stationery at the closest service desk.
• Library staff may request to see your email booking confirmation as proof of your reservation.
• Use our ticket system if you have any questions regarding this service.

Research Commons, Master's and PhD Skype Seminar Room

• Registered NWU Master’s, PhD students and academic staff may book and use the room for group discussions.
• You may only book 2 hours per day in this category. Only one booking per group per day is allowed.
• Access to the Research Commons is obtained via your university card.
