Potchefstroom Library Rooms
- DO NOT BOOK A ROOM THAT IS NOT IN YOUR YEAR CATEGORY, WE WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH THE KEYS TO THE ROOM AND WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE ROOM. e.g. Undergraduate students do not book the postgraduate student rooms and vice versa. If you are a repeat offender we will block your account.
- These rooms are to be used for group discussions by NWU students and staff.
- The room may only be used for academic purposes. It may not be used for political meetings, trade union meetings, church gatherings, or scheduled lectures.
- Library staff can ask for your email notification as confirmation of booking.
Potchefstroom: Ferdinand Postma Library, Seminar rooms
- These rooms may only be used for group discussions by NWU undergraduate students.
- You may only book 3 hours per week. Only one booking per group per day is allowed.
- The room may only be used for academic purposes. It may not be used for political meetings, trade union meetings, church gatherings or scheduled lectures.
- Ask for aircon remotes, VGA cables and stationary at the staff desk closest to the room you booked (from 16:30, please collect the second-floor remotes and cables from the Loans counter).
- Staff can ask for your email notification as confirmation of booking.
