Potchefstroom Library Rooms
- DO NOT BOOK A ROOM THAT IS NOT IN YOUR YEAR CATEGORY, WE WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH THE KEYS TO THE ROOM AND WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE ROOM. e.g. Undergraduate students do not book the postgraduate student rooms and vice versa. If you are a repeat offender we will block your account.
- These rooms are to be used for group discussions by NWU students and staff.
- The room may only be used for academic purposes. It may not be used for political meetings, trade union meetings, church gatherings, or scheduled lectures.
- Library staff can ask for your email notification as confirmation of booking.
Potchefstroom: Ferdinand Postma Library, Conference Room
- The Conference room may only be booked by NWU staff.
- You may only book 3 hours per day in this category.
- The room may only be used for academic purposes. It may not be used for political meetings, trade union meetings, church gatherings or scheduled lectures.
- Please familiarize yourself with the hardware and software available in the Conference room to ascertain if it suits your needs before you book the room.
- Bookings will be mediated, and a confirmation notice will be sent to the person booking the room. Allow three working days for the staff member to oversee the mediation.
- Staff can ask for your email notification as confirmation of booking.
- Note: 22/09/2023 - The webcam is not working. We have reported this and await the necessary staff to solve the problem.
