Graduate Employability, Professional Branding and Career Pathways Online

Graduate Employability, Professional Branding, and Career Pathways provide postgraduate students with practical tools to transition confidently into the workplace. This workshop equips participants with in-demand skills such as critical thinking, effective communication, problem-solving, and digital proficiency, and shows how to apply these in real-world contexts through CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace readiness strategies. It also guides students in building a clear and credible professional brand by refining their personal narrative, optimising their online presence, and strengthening networking skills. In addition, the workshop offers a structured overview of career options across academia, industry, entrepreneurship, and the public sector, enabling participants to identify opportunities, set realistic goals, and develop actionable career plans aligned with their qualifications and aspirations.
