- These rooms are to be used for group discussions by NWU students.
- You may only book 2 hours per day. Only one booking per group per day is allowed.
- The room may only be used for academic purposes. It may not be used for political meetings, trade union meetings, church gatherings, or scheduled lectures.
- Staff can ask for your email notification as confirmation of booking.
- The staff can cancel your slot if keys are not collected 15 minutes after the booking has started. The room can then be reserved for another user on demand.
